Bread for my neighbor is a spiritual question.”

Family Food Pantry

To address food insecurity, families can receive food up to twice per month. Each household receives at least 20 lbs. of food per visit.

    Types of Donations

We welcome all food donations during our regular operating hours. In particular, we are always looking for non-perishable food items such as canned foods and boxed items. We can accept any non-perishable food item within 6 months of its sell-by date. We also will accept some perishable items such as fresh produce, bread, meat or eggs.
Donations are accepted from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm Monday – Friday.

For more information on the specifics regarding donations, please contact our offices at (423) 472-4414, or email us using our contact link at the bottom of the page.

    Examples:

    • Non-perishables (canned soups, meats, fruits, vegetables, sauces, etc.)
    • Pastas (spaghetti, macaroni, etc.)
    • Rice (brown rice, white rice, quick-cook rice, etc.)
    • Cereals, granola bars, and snacks.
    • Bottled Water
    • Fresh Fruit and Vegetables
    • Unopened and in-date baby formula.

For the safety of staff and neighbors, we do not accept glass jars.

    Sac Pac

Children should never worry about having enough food. The SacPac Program in collaboration with Bradley County Schools and E.L. Ross, provides children at risk of food insecurity six mini meals each Friday during the school year.

    Partnership

Partner with us as we provide resources our neighbors need to thrive.
